Our commitment
Truststack Academy and Educational Services Ltd is working to make TrustStack Academy usable by a broad range of learners, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, browser zoom, captions, alternative input devices or assistive technology.
We aim to improve against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably practicable for a growing digital learning platform.
What we support
- Keyboard-operable navigation and visible focus where controls are available.
- Clear headings, meaningful links and text alternatives for essential images.
- Readable colour contrast and layouts that respond to browser zoom and smaller screens.
- Captions, transcripts or equivalent learning support for new multimedia content where feasible.
- A direct helpdesk route for learners who need an alternative format or reasonable adjustment.
Known limitations
Some third-party learning tools, embedded videos, payment services and older course assets may not yet meet every accessibility expectation. Security labs can also depend on external platforms whose accessibility features are outside the Academy’s direct control. We review reported barriers and prioritise practical alternatives.
Request an accommodation or report a barrier
Email [email protected] with the page or programme, the assistive technology or browser you use where relevant, and the difficulty you experienced. You do not need to disclose more personal information than is necessary for us to understand the request.
We will acknowledge accessibility requests as soon as practicable, assess an alternative route or format, and keep you informed where a third-party dependency affects the solution.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility is part of how we design, test and update the Academy. This statement will be reviewed as course content, learner services and platform capabilities evolve.
