Acceptance and eligibility

By using the website or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these terms. Learners must be at least 18, provide accurate information and remain responsible for their account and credentials.

Accounts, enrolment and security

• One account is intended for one learner and access must not be shared or resold.
• Use strong credentials and do not expose lab tokens, private links or protected material.
• Course descriptions, applicable prices and checkout details form the basis of an enrolment.

Acceptable use

Labs and security material may be used only for authorised education. You must not attack, disrupt, scan or access systems without the system owner’s permission, attempt to bypass Academy safeguards, cheat in assessments or misuse skills learned through the platform.

Intellectual property

Course materials belong to TrustStack Academy or its licensors. Enrolment provides a personal, non-commercial and non-transferable right to use the material. Bulk copying, redistribution, resale, recording or publication is prohibited unless expressly authorised.

Payments and refunds

Payments are handled by the provider named at checkout; TrustStack does not store full card details. Contact support promptly if payment succeeds but access is not provided. Any refund request is assessed against the enrolment terms shown at purchase, course consumption, certificate status and applicable law.

Certificates and badges

Certificates are issued only after the stated completion and assessment requirements are met. Public verification confirms a matching Academy registry record; it does not claim government, university or third-party accreditation. Study-path badges identify learning programmes and are not professional certifications.

Educational limitation

Content is provided for education and does not constitute legal, regulatory or professional advice. CDPO and NDPA materials should be checked against current legislation and official Nigeria Data Protection Commission guidance before a compliance decision is made.

Suspension and third-party services

Access may be suspended for material breach, misconduct, security risk, cheating or non-payment. The platform may link to or depend on third-party services governed by their own terms.
