A purposeful next step.
At every stage.

You do not need to figure out everything at once. Use this simple route to plan your learning and keep your work organised.

01

Choose your direction

Compare the role, subject focus and programme requirements. Pick a pathway that fits your current experience and the skills you want to develop.

02

Prepare to learn

Review the programme instructions, access requirements and schedule. Keep your registration details safe and ask for support when anything is unclear.

03

Practise with purpose

Work through the learning activities in order. Keep investigation notes, explain your decisions and only test systems within an authorised scope.

04

Show what you learned

Review your saved progress and completion requirements. Organise your work into clear examples and retrieve an eligible certificate through the appropriate service.

PROGRESS YOU CAN SHARE

Your learning.
Your record.

Retrieval and verification serve different purposes. Choose the service that matches what you need.

THE ACADEMY COMPENDIUM

What practical learning should make clear.

From course expectations to ethical practice and learner support, this is the information model that guides a confident learning experience.

01

Learning design

Course information is organised around the role, the skills being developed, the tools used and the work a learner is expected to complete.

02

Practical learning

Activities are designed around authorised, responsible security practice. Learners are expected to work within the stated scope of every exercise.

03

Evidence and feedback

Practical work, explanations and documented outcomes help learners show what they understand and where they need to improve.

04

Career readiness

Learning is most useful when it can be communicated clearly. Build notes, reports and examples that help explain your approach.

05

Academic integrity

Submit your own work, cite sources where needed and use tools responsibly. Integrity protects the value of every learner’s achievement.

06

Accessible support

Ask for support early if you encounter an access, learning or communication barrier. The Academy can guide you to the appropriate channel.

FACILITATION

People and support around the learning.

Facilitation combines Academy leadership, pathway-specific guidance and learner support. Cohort-specific arrangements are communicated through the relevant programme.

Review the Academy’s public policies and contact support if you need help understanding an option before you apply, enrol or share information.

A HUMAN NEXT STEP

Not sure where to go?

Tell us which programme or service you are using and what you need help with. Include your registration ID if relevant, but never send passwords, verification codes or payment-card details.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

A little clarity goes a long way.

01Can I return to my learning?

Use Learner login to access your learning area with the details associated with your programme. If you cannot access your record, contact [email protected] rather than registering again.

02How do I retrieve my CDPO certificate?

Open CDPO certificate retrieval and use your registration ID and registered email. Follow the verification steps on that page. Your saved learning record must meet the completion requirements before a certificate is available.

03Does a scholarship application guarantee a place?

No. Read the current scholarship information and eligibility requirements before applying. An application is not an award or a confirmed enrolment.

04Where do I start?

Begin with the career-track catalogue. Each page explains the focus of the pathway and provides the next appropriate action.

05How can an employer verify a certificate?

Use the certificate identifier in the public verification service. A result only confirms records held by TrustStack Academy.

06Where can I read policies?

Privacy, terms, refunds and accessibility information are linked below and are available before you submit an application or enquiry.
